WARM MEMORY
- To make a successful espresso, make sure you choose the right type of ground coffee and the portafilter is screwed on tightly or the coffee grounds/capsule holder is properly inserted. And Cotgco can only be removed for heating when the power indicator on the cells is lit.
- Please use a 5V/3A USB wall charger to charge. The device will not charge if you use a charger less than 15W (eg the Apple 5W charger). If the power indicator flashes 5 times and the device beeps 3 times, the power is too low. Please do not operate the device until it is fully charged.
- According to tests in Cotgco factory, our 13500mAh battery heats 80ml of water from 25°C to the extractable temperature (96°C) 5 times after fully charged. However, if the water is less than 80ml, the heating time and number of extractions will vary depending on the volume.

l How long does it take to make a coffee?
It depends on where you are located. Orders processed here will be with you within 5-7 working days. Overseas deliveries can take between 7 and 16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What are the functions of the upper and lower buttons?
Short press the upper or lower button will display the battery capacity. Long press the upper button to brew coffee with cold water. Long press the lower button to brew coffee with hot water, and the coffee comes out immediately.
Can I use reusable coffee capsules?
Our coffee machine can use reusable coffee capsules, but we do not sell this product. You can choose which reusable coffee capsules you want to buy on Amazon.
If you want to use a ground coffee that suits your taste, we recommend purchasing a ground coffee room.
Which Nespresso capsules can I use?
The machine fits most Nespresso capsules on the market, such as Nestle、Lor、Starbucks、Lavazza、illy etc. Please note that all plastic capsules will not fit the machine.
How many grams do I need for a brew?
Typically, you will need 13 grams of ground coffee for one brew.
