Our coffee maker is compatible with an adapter whose output is 5V 1A or 5V 2A. 5V 2A could be much better.

The original espresso works best when you extract with 50ml of water. A full load will give you 4-5 cups (50ml). If you use 80ml of water, the machine can only heat water and extract 2-3 cups.

1. Make sure you press the capsule firmly into the holder.
2. Check that you have inserted the capsule holder correctly into the filter holder.
3. Make sure that you screw the portafilter firmly into the body, otherwise the brewing process may fail.

Yes. You just need to buy a 24V USB car charger.

Only capsules at the moment. We will sell the powder chamber in the next few days. Then you can use the powder.
By the way, our machine is only compatible with Nepresso original aluminum capsules such as Starbuck, Illy, Lavazza, BrewBlack, Der-Franz, Grano Milano, FRIENDS, Caffè Nero, etc.

Cleaning brush included for easy cleaning. The removable upper grinder, hopper and chamber are easily removed for effortless cleaning. Do not use water or other liquids to clean the inside of the espresso bean grinder/burrs.

Pour-over coffee requires about 30-45 clicks.

Double click the top switch, if the top indicator light flashes red, it means that the power of the product is too low and it needs to be charged.

It's best not to use it while it's charging. It only takes two hours to charge.

The handle can be removed for filling, but only the base can be unscrewed for emptying.

Water should not run through the grinder. The grinder comes with a soft brush that you can use to clean the grinding discs and excess coffee. You can also take it apart from time to time and give it a thorough clean.

Yes, I own a Turkish coffee pot and this grinder can certainly make not only espresso but Turkish coffee as well. The grind for pour over is smooth, easy and satisfying. It can be adjusted from finely ground espresso to pour over and even coarser grind for cold brew, filter coffee, etc.

It depends on where you are located. Orders processed here take 3-7 working days to arrive. International deliveries can take between 10-15 days. Delivery details will be included in your confirmation email. You can also check the status of your shipment here using your order number or tracking number.

We occasionally receive new shipments within a month. If we have more in stock, you can backorder the product. If there is no backorder option, you can expect it to be back in stock after 30 days.
